5 stars all the way.. Working with Monica on my home search was a great decision.. I worked with 2 agents before Monica and was ready to throw in towel and give up on buying home.. But Monica turned that around with her positive attitude and her go and get it demeanor.. She emailed me updated list of homes daily and we scheduled tours of homes once or twice a week.. Once we scheduled a tour date she always kept her word and never once postponed or rescheduled.. Quick story we scheduled a tour for 4 homes to see one day.. After seeing and really liking the 1st home we talked a little and left to the 2nd home..upon arriving to 2nd home she had contacted selling agent of the 1st home.. So when we got off to see 2nd home she had obtained some updated information of 1st home and was like if you want it you can get it.. She was literally working on making that house a reality for me.. That was just an amazing feeling and I knew she was perfect for me.. With Monica you establish a comfort level that feels like what you have with your friends .. You never hesitate to contact her for any little question you might have and believe me I had a lot of questions.. Hands down she was amazing for me and is truly a professional.
