If I could sum up my review for Monica in three words, it would be Amazing, knowledgeable and timely! She did a good job of coaching us through the buying process and gave us plenty of advice that shaped our purchase. She knew the areas we wanted to buy very well and was diligent in placing all of our offers. For the house we ended up buying, I believe her timeliness plus know-how were the biggest factors in our offer getting accepted. Most importantly, Monica is like having a friend by your side the entire way. She's very easy to talk to and fun to be around. She's the type of person you would want to invite to one of your BBQ'S.
