I met Monica in 2007 when I had decided to sell my condominium. I was not ready for the task of preparing to sell and buy property at the same time, this was the first time I was faced with this type of challenge and felt overwhelmed because I did not know where or how to begin the process. Flashforward to last year 2022 and selling my property once again. I contacted Monica because I knew she was the right person. Also, this time it was going to be tough selling the property because COVID and the rise in interest rates in the Housing Market played a major part on how this was going to happen. It was a tough year for the Housing market and I was faced with having to make a decision of selling the house in a "high interest" rate market or waiting until rates dropped. I did not feel stressed or worried because I was working with Monica who is experienced working in this kind of environment. She was very patient and very encouraging with me throughout the process.
