As a newly engaged couple my fiancé and I decided that we would buy a house first before getting married. We felt it was the "smart" thing to do since the interest rate was low and the housing market seemed to be on its way up. Since the day I met Monica she was trustworthy, honest and very committed to helping us find our house. She was very patient and always made time for us on the weekends to tour houses.
