When we contacted Monica she was very accommodating. We met and discussed what we were looking for and hoped she could help in our search while making it as painless as possible. She would contact us during the week to meet on the weekends which was the only time we had available. Again, very accommodating. I can tell you we weren't the easiest buyers to work with, our vision of what we wanted must have changed 3-4 times. Two story then ranch, new homes then we leaned towards older homes...I'm surprised she didn't fire us. Me, my wife and our girls are so greatful to her for putting up and being so patient. She would do all the research before taking us to see properties. Pulling pricing within our target, property tax rates in certain areas, HOAs and mello roos to keep us within budget. Once we found exactly what we wanted she was relentless in getting us the best deal and also making sure to keep us within our budget. We would discuss everything about the property. The location, the price, schools, local transportation... making sure it would not only be a home we would love living in but making sure it was a great investment for our future. She would go over all aspects of the buy before putting in a bid. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and at no point did she ever pressure us.
