To those searching for a reliable, trusting, and honestly caring agent: A year had gone by and we had gone through two realtors. Frustrated with the realtors' work ethics and lack of knowledge, an associate of mine referred Monica Betancur, telling of her hard work and updated knowledge of the industry; just what we were looking for! After meeting with her for the first time we felt as though she was truly there for our needs and wants, and most importantly, what would be the best investment for us at this time. Within a week Monica was in and out of houses with us, understanding exactly what it was we were looking for. Most impressively, she even previewed houses for us to ensure she was not wasting our time, even when they were out of her way! After two months went by Monica found us THE house! It had not even reached the open market, but with her networking skills she was able to get our offer in on an amazing short sale. As we all know, short sales are NOT SHORT, so to save you the time let's just say we went through the craziest ordeal with the bank and very grouchy/mean sellers. Monica handled everything very professionally and when things got rocky was very thorough with the bank and the seller's agents to ensure everything got done in time. She stood up for us in every aspect, doing more then what is normally expected from a realtor. She truly was amazing and kept her cool through probably the most frustrating short sale anyone has ever gone through! We recommend Monica to everyone we know, soon my mother-in-law will be using her and a friend of the family. We know anyone who does business with her will be more than happy.
